One Hudson Park, Edgewater, New Jersey’s exciting new riverfront condominium, presents extraordinary tower residences destined to redefine life and style on the Gold Coast.
Enhanced By Design
One Hudson Park is a 15-story modern brick and glass tower. Rising from its cast-stone base and complemented by floor to ceiling glass windows, the tower is distinguished by many unique architectural features. Inspired by the river with its light, creamy tones of imported sandstone, rich Cozzolino wood, integrated, custom, river-inspired artwork and operable fireplaces, the lobby is a warm, sophisticated space that encourages flow and interaction.
Inspired by the River
One Hudson Park fuses the highest standards of design with the timeless principles of Feng Shui to inspire enjoyment. Constructed largely of glass, the contemporary architecture provides panoramic views of the Hudson River, the George Washington Bridge and the Manhattan skyline.
